The staff operating the Inn are an epitome of what legendary customer service is made of. Helped us when we got lost driving around Ooty, happily accommodated an extra person at a minimal cost, got my vehicle washed to perfection and reserved meals post normal dining hours on request. Everything with a smile! The room rent is also quite affordable.
