Our daughters are under ten years in age and the staff were very welcoming of them and very accommodating with their every need - including lovely gifts for them both on our departure. When we arrived one of our girls was quite unwell, which the front desk staff recognised quickly and expedited our check in so we could get to the room fast - typical of the very kind and gentle nature of the staff here. We found the location to be terrific for us - just a short walk to the subway, stopping for great coffee and cake at Mocha (just near the station) on the way, and only several quick stops into the city centre.
