Yellow Zebra is a multi award winning luxury and adventure travel company specialising in 'Safari Africa'. They are looking for a South Africa/Southern Africa specialist as well as an East Africa specialist to join their team.
Excellent communication skills, a sense of humour and a high level of literacy is vital. Confidence is needed when speaking on the phone.
The company is forward thinking whilst the team are a passionate group of hard working individuals intent on designing the very best safaris. The office is extremely fun; they are a company that's superb at retaining its staff. This is not a company that hard sells to its clients or sells properties on commission. Sales staff are encouraged to grow and develop, not to be stressed out!
The working environment is somewhat different to most companies.. Music is played all day...everyone eats lunch together...staff parties are epic.
Each consultant is guaranteed a minimum of one two week educational a year....staying in literally the best safari hotels in Africa. Recent starters at YZebra have had two educationals in their first year. The company believes heavily in the first hand knowledge of their sales staff.
Salary £24-30K per year plus bonus. Salary depends on experience.
