The direct translation of the Kiswahili word Karibu, is welcome. Naturally, as with most languages, much is lost in the translation. When a Tanzanian uses the word Karibu, it implies warmth, hospitality, and genuine happiness at meeting you.

This is the same Karibu that we extend to you.

As a privately owned and independently run hotel, we pride ourselves on offering an extra level of personal service. The team and I are totally committed to exploring every avenue possible in the hope of not just meeting but also exceeding your expectations.

It is a pleasure to have you visit our website and we hope you will visit our wonderful country and exceptional hotel in person very soon.

Helpful staff. Clean rooms. I have stayed many times for work and staff are accommodating and welcoming each time. It was raining one of the days we were there and the front desk had umbrellas available for us to borrow for the day. Very convenient and kind of them to let us know.

With a below average breakfast buffet, I won't be returning to this hotel.

I booked the luxury suite for my wedding anniversary and from my first contact everything went well. First, I made my reservation with Receptionist, who is so sweet, understanding, and bubbly. She was knowledgeable of the area, which helped a lot! ……
