Celebrate the sweet taste of freedom with this Pistachio Panna Cotta recipe. Delicate, light and exquisite, this is sure to blow your mind!

Ingredients

-400ml fresh cream
-200ml milk
-3tbsp sugar
-60gm pistachio nuts
-12gm gelatin sheets
-250ml water
-Whipped cream(To garnish)
-Pistachio nuts
-Fresh fruit, sliced
       
Pistachio-Panna-Cotta-Recipe

Method:

1. Soak the gelatin leaves in cold water.
2. Shell the nuts and pulse in the mixer to a powder.
3. Heat cream, milk, sugar and nuts, over medium flame; bring to a near boil. Take off heat.
4. Squeeze out the excess water from the gelatin sheets and add them to the cream mixture. Stir until the gelatin has dissolved.
5. Pour the mixture into a greased mould and leave it to set in the refrigerator overnight.
6. Carefully remove from mould. Top with pistachios, whipped cream and fruit.
