Ingredients For Carrot Moong Salad

    -grated carrots- 5 cups
    -moong dal- 3 tbsp
    -lime/lemon juice- 2 tbsp
    -red chili powder- 1 tsp
    -freshly grated coconut- 1 tbsp
    -Salt as required

    -vegetable oil- 1 tsp
    -Asafoetida- a pinch
    -urad dal- ½ tsp
    -cumin seeds- ¼ tsp
    -mustard seeds- ½ tsp
    -curry leaves- 4to5
