Sheffield-based sales and marketing firm Mojico has recently returned from an exclusive R&R trip to Tenerife where they were exclusively invited by industry professionals. CEO of Mojico, Roel Mojico was able to choose one top performing individual to go with him on the trip, which provided a huge incentive for the firm’s contractors.
On the R&R trip, Mojico was invited to stay in the 5* Gran Melia Playa De Isora resort which boasts spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean as well as a fine dining experience. The weekend-long trip allowed Roel Mojico and his chosen attendee to participate in several exciting activities including a whale and dolphin watching catamaran, a Jet Ski Safari, island excursions, and relaxing by the pool.
The purpose of the R&R Trip was to allow Roel Mojico and his special guest to enjoy some relaxing time away from the business environment in order to return to business feeling refreshed and motivated. The trip also allowed Mojico to network with other industry attendees and business professionals in a relaxed environment which encouraged the development of strong business relationships.
