Rajasthan tourism does not mean simply visiting new places. Rajasthan culture encompasses Rajput hospitality, whose motto is 'Athithi Devo Bhava' and in short represents Indian culture! 'Athithi Devo Bhava' means that a guest is akin to God and deserves the respect and treatment accorded to God! When it pertains to Rajasthan culture, it does not mean just hospitality, but also includes how a guest is treated, how much value is accorded to not only his comforts, but also his tastes and predilection.

Rajasthan Travel emerges from the traditional beliefs and customs of the village folk. Some can be traced back to the times when characters from the epics actually inhabited these villages. Rajasthan is also a land of festivals and fairs.

Rajasthan tourism must include  Rajasthani Music and Dance

Rajasthani music and dance are vibrant and ethnic. Their music portrays day-to-day relationships. The music comes alive with even mundane chores depicted in a lively manner! For example a village belle fetching water from the well is set to music, giving it a light romantic feel.
