Europcar is extending the range of services available from its ground-breaking Mobility Centre at ExCeL London.
Focused on giving visitors to the exhibition and conference venue a transport solution that is tailored specifically for their needs – a first for the events sector – the new Europcar Chauffeur Service enables customers to take advantage of a luxury driving option.
“When the Mobility Centre at ExCeL London was launched at the start of 2014, we wanted to give customers a one-stop shop for all their mobility needs,” said Ken McCall, managing director, Europcar UK Group.
“Building on the flexible car and van hire services already available, the launch of the chauffeur service demonstrates our ongoing commitment to delivering a solution that recognises the specific requirements of events organisers, exhibitors and visitors.”
The Europcar Chauffeur Service means that whenever visitors to ExCeL London are attending a business meeting or special event, they can travel in style, class and comfort.
They will also be able to tap into valuable travel advice and support, as all of Europcar’s drivers have excellent local knowledge and multilingual skills, giving them the ability to assist customers with a range of travel needs.
The Europcar chauffeur fleet comprises top of the range Mercedes-Benz models, the E-Class, S-Class and Viano and can be booked for specified journeys or by the hour if travel plans need to be more flexible.
It can also cater for groups that want to travel in style, as demonstrated by the recent Exhibition News Awards where 20 chauffeur cars where provided.
“The addition of the Chauffeur Service is the latest in a number of exciting developments planned for our Mobility Centre at ExCeL London,” added McCall.
